These SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in the
Prufurd Digital/MOSOMIXX SMS Program (“Program”), operated by MOSOMIXX, the holding company of Prufurd Digital (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Prufurd Digital/MOSOMIXX, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
By enrolling in the Prufurd Digital/MOSOMIXX SMS Program, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to your account.
This toll-free phone number is used exclusively for transactional authentication messages, including one-time passcodes (OTP) and account security notifications. No promotional or marketing messages are sent from this number.
You may receive SMS messages related to:
• Account verification (one-time passcodes / OTP)
• Account security notifications
Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, simply re-register or opt in as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
