These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prufurd Digital platform and all related products and services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by MOSOMIXX, the parent company of Prufurd Digital (“Prufurd Digital,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

1. Eligibility

Prufurd Digital may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or Service at any time.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that certain content or features may be AI-assisted or AI-generated.

6. Rewards, Points, Levels, and Achievements

Prufurd Digital may recognize eligible participation through points, badges, levels, achievements, streaks, challenges, promotions, rewards, and similar engagement programs.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Points have no cash value.

  • Points are non-transferable.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Rewards are available while supplies last.

  • Rewards may change without notice.

  • Eligibility requirements may change.

  • Promotional bonuses may vary.

  • Merchandise may be substituted with items of equal or greater value when appropriate.

Prufurd Digital may adjust, remove, revoke, or invalidate rewards, points, levels, achievements, or other recognition if we reasonably believe fraud, abuse, manipulation, technical errors, or violations of these Terms have occurred.

7. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive transactional messages regarding:

  • Mobile verification

  • One-time passcodes (OTP)

  • Login authentication

  • Account security

  • Essential account notifications

Message frequency varies.

Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of eligible messages.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Participation in SMS messaging is also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or artificial methods to manipulate the platform.

  • Manipulate rewards, points, achievements, or rankings.

  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.

  • Use another person’s mobile phone number or identity.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system.

  • Upload malware or malicious software.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code.

  • Interfere with platform security.

  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically collect platform content.

  • Impersonate another individual or organization.

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of rewards, legal action, or other remedies available under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with the Services is owned by or licensed to MOSOMIXX.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Software

  • Source code

  • Platform technology

  • Artificial intelligence systems

  • Music

  • Audio

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Branding

  • Videos

  • Articles

  • Databases

  • Reward systems

  • User interface designs

  • Original AI-generated content

  • Other proprietary materials

No portion of the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or exploited without prior written permission except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Future Services

Prufurd Digital continues to evolve.

Future Services may include additional communications tools, information services, educational resources, enterprise solutions, business technologies, loyalty systems, digital products, AI-powered tools, and other interactive experiences.

Unless otherwise stated, these Terms apply to all current and future Services.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in that policy.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Prufurd Digital may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account if we reasonably determine that:

  • These Terms have been violated.

  • Fraud or abuse has occurred.

  • Platform security has been compromised.

  • Illegal activity is suspected.

  • User conduct negatively affects the platform or other users.

Termination may include forfeiture of rewards, points, achievements, and account privileges.

Users may request deletion of their accounts by contacting us.

Certain information may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or platform security.

14. Disclaimers

Prufurd Digital does not guarantee:

  • Continuous platform availability.

  • Uninterrupted streaming.

  • Error-free operation.

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content.

  • Accuracy of reward calculations.

  • Availability of future features.

  • Availability of merchandise or rewards.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOSOMIXX, Prufurd Digital, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOSOMIXX, Prufurd Digital, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of applicable laws.

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Force Majeure

Prufurd Digital shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, telecommunications failures, cloud service interruptions, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or other events beyond our control.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms & Conditions, and any additional policies or guidelines expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prufurd Digital regarding your use of the Services.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
